Foued Ayari brings over 25 years of international experience in finance, banking, and global trade, spanning multiple continents—including 12 years in New York, 1 year in London, several assignments in Middle East and Asia, and in Paris. His career includes roles as a credit analyst and managing consultant for leading global institutions
Foued Ayari brings over 25 years of international experience in finance, banking, and global trade, spanning multiple continents—including 12 years in New York, 1 year in London, several assignments in Middle East and Asia, and in Paris. His career includes roles as a credit analyst and managing consultant for leading global institutions such as Merrill Lynch, NYSBD, Fidelity, Lehman Brothers, SG, Euromoney Trading, 7City, and Intuition.
His work has focused extensively on international financial markets, cross-border capital flows, and trade finance strategies, advising both corporate and institutional clients.
In parallel, Foued has taught finance and economics at several American universities and leading French business schools, including INSEEC MSc and INSEEC Bachelor Paris, where he also serves as Head of the Finance Department.
He holds a PhD in Financial Economics from the City University of New York and a Master in International Trade & Finance from the University Sorbonne Paris Nord.

He held Senior EMEA (Regional Director) and Worldwide Management positions (Chief Marketing Officer), in various B2B industries from large manufacturers (GE) and distributors (Computer Middle-Ea
Ian Corns has been representing and developing businesses and P&L centers for US & International companies for more than 20 years in EMEA region. He held Senior EMEA (Regional Director) and Worldwide Management positions (Chief Marketing Officer), in various B2B industries from large manufacturers (GE) and distributors (Computer Middle-East) to US high-tech startups (Aruba, Meru, Unisphere,…).
He launched 3 consultancy firms where he acted as CEO, advising companies in their business development strategies and operations across EMEA markets (TriCerat, LadelCare, ProMega,..). His practice focuses on the representation of startups / small-mid-size companies at international scale in business development matters in implementing sales & marketing operations, methods and processes.
In parallel, Mr. Corns teaches in different fields from Finance to Supply Chain Management in French prestigious Business Schools. He holds a degree in Telecom Engineering (Paris) and SCM certificates.
